WHAT IS CRAFTED VANCOUVER?

Crafted Vancouver is a 25 day festival designed to celebrate the vitality of our hand-crafted world. Crafted Vancouver brings together exceptional local, national & international artisans & designers, studios, galleries, museums, showrooms, shops & luxury retail, craft & design schools and member associations, making, exhibiting or selling fine craft-based work.

Intimate events and open exhibitions that shine a light on the hand-made take place at a variety of select venues throughout Metro Vancouver. Craft appreciators and collectors are invited to immerse themselves in exclusive demonstrations, exhibitions, workshops, artist’s talks and presentations, guided tours, dining and tasting events, film screenings, small selling events and more.

WHO ARE WE?

We’re a small team of craft enthusiasts, curators, advisors and volunteers who see a tremendous opportunity to revive our culture’s appreciation for quality goods and reconnect with those who make, feature or sell fine craft.

Our passion for supporting fine craft is contagious. We’re thrilled to share exceptional craftsmanship and craftspeople, a behind-the-scenes look at their process and the beautiful objects that result.
