CRAFTED IN THE CITY – YEAR ROUND

The Crafted in the City initiative shines a spotlight on the best craft-based work and design at the retail level the city has to offer. Our new Crafted in the City window decals will be popping up soon, helping locals and visitors scout out businesses throughout Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland that support quality craftsmanship & design. Additionally, scroll to the bottom of each Event page to find any nearby CITC locations in the Event neighbourhood.
During the Crafted Vancouver festival, special programs take place at CITC locations, with outstanding craftsmanship on display as these shops, showrooms and luxury brands aim to give our festival audience a greater understanding of the craft and design behind the work they support, promote and sell.
Hosting physical displays or featuring local, national and international artisans performing live demonstrations, workshops, exhibitions, talks, special evening events & more, Crafted in the City locations give our festival audience the opportunity to witness the creativity and fine craftsmanship that goes into each creation while getting to know the businesses that support this work.
