Woven Together is a window exhibit that can be viewed from outside and inside the Silk Weaving Studio. The focus is a collaborative piece of handwoven silk and the amount of cocoons, fibre and skeins it took to weave. This artistic and educational display will include small vignettes with questions and answers, sparking enquiry about the process of raising silkworms through to weaving a length of silk fabric. During the weaving process each weaver was inspired by and responded to what the previous weaver created.
